1. No hate speech based on race, gender, religion, sexual preference, etc. This rule applies to your voice chat, text chat, discord behavior, signs and paintings. Do not try to circumvent the language filter by misspelling racist terms, as that is still considered a violation of this rule. If you violate this rule, you will receive two warnings and on the third warning, you will receive a ban.
2. No toxic behavior or excessive griefing toward other players. We are a noob friendly server and should be helpful toward new players.
Some examples of griefing are:
A. Blocking access to any or all portions of a player’s base or ship not related to a raid or base takeover.
B. Blocking access to a players base/ship with no intent to take over the base. (Refer to Rule 7 on base takeovers)
C. Camping naked new spawns on the starter planets or other fresh spawn locations.
D. Door camping is part of empyrion and is allowed.
However, it will be up to the discretion of the Admin to determine whether it has become excessive and/or violates the Excessive Griefing Rule.
4. Respect the server admins at all times. They pay for this server and donate their time for free. Admins reserve the right to ban players violating this rule without warning if they so deem appropriate.
5. If you are banned from a single server, you could be banned from all the servers. Keep this in mind when aim to misbehave.
6. DO NOT Report hacking accusation or rule violations in public chat. Please PRIVATE MESSAGE an admin on the 420 CHILL Discord Server. When you post reports in Public Chat, it tips off rule violators and we lose our opportunity to witness the issue.
7. Raiding is a reality in Emprion, but you can raid with class. Base/Ships takeovers require you control the core.
8. No parking or building in Excess of 50km from a planet "aka if your getting the message you need to warp your to far out" Any Ships or structures found in excess of 50km of a planet WILL GET DELETED and you will lose all your stuff, Don't be a bitch its PVP setup Defenses. If you wanna Play PVE dont join this server.
9. Using any Exploits or circumventions of the Offline Protection or Land Claim Devices is grounds for Insta Ban. No questions Asked.
